What can I do to become more open sexually? my SO is really open but I literally will freeze up if asked to take control or when he asks me to talk dirty to him... Please help me...

Also if youre not comfortable with dirty talk you don't have to! Its not a requirement. I wrote my husband a sexy letter while he was at work cause I'm too nervous to talk dirty i don't like it. So that worked for us.

Start slow! Maybe come up with some things to say/do ahead of time so that you're not put on the spot and you won't freeze up. Think of some ways you can take control that aren't too extreme at first. Also this might sound crazy but practice talking dirty when you're alone! If you get used to saying those kinds of things out loud it will feel way less weird when the time comes. Good luck!
