Strange question and maybe Tmi but would like input
So when do you all record as the start day of actual period?? I know that sounds dumb but mine doesn't start at full flow. I get the brown spotting stuff for a day or two and then the full on flow for like 2 days. Do you count the spotting as the first day? Or do you count day one as the first day of red? Input is appreciated. 😁 thank you!
