TTC with new diagnosis of PCOS

Hi, I joined glow a few months ago and have been trying to get pregnant for over 1.5 yrs no luck....I've had one child and two miscarriages and was just diagnosis with PCOS and pre diabetes and have started to take metformin and a low dose thyroid med....I'm really confused about all of this and a lil discouraged my husband and I have been trying for one of our own...I've been trying to lose weight and its not working very well...any advice would be wonderful!
