Anxiety Advice or Tips
Since July I have been dealing with an anxiety disorder and panic attacks, and I was wondering for people who are frequent sufferers of Anxiety what are some things you do to help you deal with it, such as tricks or tips or any sort of advice you can give on what you do to manage it even on your most toughest of days? An example could be whenever you feel a panic attack or anxiety come on what do you do to change your way of thinking so it doesn't manifest? What kind of health or lifestyle changes have you made that significantly reduced your anxiety? Etc
