Preseed or nothing?

So I understand that preseed is better to use than any regular lubricant when TTC, but is it better than your body's natural arousal fluid?

I don't need lubrication during sex but am wondering if I should use preseed now that we're TTC.

I did not need it for lubrication purposes but I don't produce a lot of regular cm so it helped me get my bfp since it mimics the ideal fertile cm my body doesn't really create
