I'm 37 weeks exactly. I've just got in to bed and come over all shaky. Went to the loo and felt constipated then all of a sudden it was diarrhoea. Flushed then was sick then had to sit back down for more diarrhoea then more sick. Baby is moving feeling exhausted. Could it possibly be a sign of something happening soon? Not eaten anything dodgy although I did have an all fruit smoothie yesterday but I don't think it would of taken that long to take effect now.. Please help. See midwife tomorrow
