Some cycle history, I was on implanon for a few years and had a lot of pelvic pain every few weeks on it, when I got it removed at 18 the Dr said my uterine lining was very thin for some one my age, cycle never was super prectiable had to be on birth control to get it somewhat regular and for the last year it has usually been ever 29-35 days but never early, and it never slowly starts up its always I get one harsh cramp and have about 30 seconds to make to to a restroom cramps last about two days and period lasts 5-8 heavy the whole time, but on August 19 I started having spotting for a few days and thought it might be implantation bleeding because it was a week early then it kept going and finally started heavy and lasted just shy of two weeks, I had a total of nine bleed free days and it started again yesterday, I'm kinda concerned because at my age my mom had PID really bad and was told she couldn't have kids (obviously wrong), and a few years ago had the grapefruit size cysts and had to get a hysterectomy, my SO and I have been having unprotected sex around ovulation time for a year thinking if I get pregnant great if not okay for the time being but seems like in a years time a 21 year old would be pregnant by now if nothing was wrong, any ideas?
