Raspberry tea or raspberry leaf tea?

Is there difference between the two? I can't find a tea that says raspberry leaf tea. Trying to have this baby Tomarrow!! Thanks :)

Yes there is a difference and the red raspberry leaf tea does not induce labor. The point of drinking it is to strengthen your uterus and you have to drink it for weeks in order for it to work.

There is a difference, you should drink it for weeks before you are due though, it is for strengthening and toning the uterus. I will say when I started it with my first I was 34 weeks and misinformed on how long to steep the loose leafs, I steeped for 13 hours and would drink it in the day, within a week I was in early labor at 35 weeks (not what I wanted) they said the tea might have been the culprit. Now I only steep for 5 minutes but I suspect if you make it really strong you might get real contractions

Check the ingredients! Just bought some that said raspberry but the only ingredient was raspberry leaves!
