I've been doing the 21 Day Fix once a month since June. It's great. I lost 12 pounds during the first round. Haven't been as dedicated to it the past couple months (cabin weekends and traveling threw me off) so I haven't lost anymore but I have maintained what I lost. I also lost a lot of inches. If you're looking for something to do during pregnancy I think it's a good option because the meal plan is all about healthy whole foods (which are good during pregnancy!) and you can adjust your calorie bracket based on what you need for pregnancy. The workouts have a modifier that would be helpful to follow during pregnancy as well. Just don't push yourself too hard. I don't think I'd recommend the shakeology during pregnancy. I've been using it all summer and I love it but I think I'm going to take a break from it now that I'm pregnant. There are powerful super foods in there who's effects on pregnancy are unclear so I'm just going to skip it to be safe. Let me know if you have any other questions about it!

It's not a safe program. Shakeology mixes have all kinds of herbs that are dangerous during pregnancy.  Talk to your doctor before you try that crap.
