Spotting help😓

Hi im 6weeks 2 days I'm so scared started spotting brown/dark red lastnight went to the ER and did a sano they told me baby HB is at 135 and HCG is at 55,000 im so scared that I will MC has this happen to anyone ? I've heard that once you are to spot or bleed you will have a MC my anxiety is on a 1000 right now , Please need advise
