Very Dark Discharge?

This month about 2 weeks before my period I had to wear a panty liner every single day! I was having a very strange discharge situation going on. Instead of the regular clear gooey discharge, it was an extremely dark one. Like.. Brown. It was a super dark brown kind of like poo (so gross, I know). And the weird thing is that I couldn't feel it at all coming out like you sometimes can with regular discharge. Even when I wiped after peeing there would be a brown tint on the toilet paper. I haven't had sex in over a month and im currently on my period so I'm not sure if it will come back. I'm not really sure what it was to begin with 😳 is this normal?
