please help me idk what to do

I've been really sick to my stomach, and had horrible back pain, cramps and headaches and discharge, sometimes it's bloody sometimes not, and it's not my period Bc I got off of it in the end of August, idk what it is or why it hurts but it hurts so bad sometimes I can't move..
