Period and yeast infection?

I just went to urgent care today to get help for a uti I've had for 6 days. I was put on antibiotics of course, which I HATE, because I know for a fact I'll get a yeast infection, but I took pill #1 of 14 tonight. I take probiotics regularly and everything but I am very prone to these infections. Tonight in the shower when I cleaned myself I noticed some tissue going down the drain which must mean my period is here, but now I know I'll have a period and a yeast infection at the same time. Ugh! Any advice, please?
