Used Zinc for acne?

Please give me your tips. I'm looking for some more natural ways to try to treat my acne. I've heard of many different vitamins and minerals being used to fight acne. Zinc, Vitamin A, vitamin E, omega fatty acids, primrose oil.....What have you tried? ?

I've been using a charcoal bar of soup for a couple months and it seems to 've helping mine a bit.

I use aloe. I use that for my acne, lips, eyelashes, burns... It's helpful.
