Since my first AF after a miscarriage 8 weeks ago I've had soreness and tenderness on one side of my uterus and mild twinges of pain. All tests inc ultrasound have come back negative but waiting to be referred to gynaecologist. Does it sound like Endometriosis to you? No heavy periods, no bad pain. Main symptom is tenderness (feel like I'm bruised inside) and twinges of pain in lower abdomen with going to the toilet x
