Heavy bleeding..

So last month, what I had believed to be my cycle was very long but extremely light, pretty much just spotting and an occasional medium that would only last some hours. Due to the wonkiness I took a test just to rule it out, however I have taken urine tests before ultrasounds (when my cysts were acting up) and on the screen there would be something, yet I would have a negative until a few weeks later. So yesterday morning my husband and I were on our way to work and I got some intense cramping out of nowhere. Went to the bathroom and the bleeding was light but bright. Put in a tampon, worked, still cramping. Got home, pretty much passed out and woke up around 3:30am to heavy bleeding. In two hours time I have bled clean through two super tampons, and have dropped huge clots. As much as I would like to deny it, I'm pretty certain this is a miscarriage and that hurts, especially since I had a dream the night before of a beautiful, big eyed baby girl.
