Can't update my last post --so here's new pics and another test faint positive and no one digital

Just started "trying" 2 weeks ago today. I haven't tracked ovulation, just started tracking everything when I got this app. We did the BD only 3 times with no protection. Then decided to wait and talk with the doctor again due to my long list of medical issues and I just wanted more peace of mind even though we have been praying and praying. But I took a hpt anyway, I took the first 1 on the 7th and nothing but I looked the next morning and saw a faint line so I hurried and tested last night. ..another faint line ...so I tested today and another faint line....it was a 3 pack of test could they be faulty ??
