Help!! Contractions?!?

I think I might be having contractions, I am 29 weeks and ever since I was 20 weeks I've had Braxton hicks daily. Well last night and this morning what I thought was Braxton hicks were painful and different then what I've been feeling... It feels like I'm going to start my period and when my belly gets hard it's like a tingling feeling and hurts :( is it possible it is just more painful Braxton hicks or actual contractions? Pretty scared
