34 weeks plus 3 days...is this the mucus plug?

I just went to the washroom and this is what there was when I wiped. 
Is this the mucus plug? That middle thing looks weird.

Yesterday my doctor told me that a mucus plug or losing mucus isn't indicative of anything and she's only concerned if you're having contractions.

I called the hospital and they said if there is no fluid leaking, and no consistent pain, not to sorry.

I am kinda scared baby may come early.

Definitely a mucus plug! If you're not having contractions it will likely grow back.
