Ok, I'm going to sound really stupid for posting this but I can't stop thinking about it!! I was over at my grandmas and gave her a kiss on the far side of her cheek when I first saw her.  Then I noticed she had a cold sore. Not open or oozing, crusted over and she confirmed my suspicion by telling me it was a cold sore.  I painted her nails and used hand sanitizer immediately after.  I'm super paranoid about stuff like this, how likely is it that I will get a cold sore from her??
