Procedures for infertility results

So far to see why I can not get pregnant  I had to go through tests and procedures   Today was a sono and she found a polyp in my uterus. Told me not to worry or nothing be it could be nothing. But you can't just ignore the fact that something came up. Im only 22 I wouldn't have known this would happen but she said any woman who had a child could have it or any woman not had a child could have it.  It could be tissue, a cyst, or a piece of placenta still. We don't know. I go tomorrow for the HSG. To find out more and then go to the doctor again for all results and to see what the next step is to do whether surgery to see what the polyp is or they aren't going to worry about it. But she said some worm. Do have them and it can prevent preg go. I'm not that's the whole reason I am here. I can't get preg for 4 years and I want another child.  Not wait till the last minute and then tell me I will never be able to have children not only because of my husbands fault which we still do not know why in his semenalysis why it showed no sperm but then it's my fault too.  Ughh lol but I will know more tomorrow and then with in a few days after that.
