Question

I was wondering if anyone else experiences severe pain when gassy? I will get the sharpest pain in my stomach, that literally takes the breathe out of me. The pain will go away after I poop.(unless I'm constipated then it will take days) I've never experienced this before. I've had 2 other pregnancies and never felt this before. I'm not the type to be constipated either. But this time around I am. Is this really all pregnancy related or is there something I can do? Any and all experiences are welcome. I'm just concerned at this point.

I'm right there with you!! 🙋🏽 it's hell and sometimes almost unbearable. Luckily I've been able to pin point some of the things that trigger my pains to escalate that high.

I've been going through the same thing! So painful! Almost has me keeled over & hurts to take deep breathes even if it's in my tummy. It does go away after using the bathroom but always comes back for me lately.

Yes. Try going for a long walk to get everything moving! I am the same as you and rarely get constipated but during this pregnancy when I do it really hurts!! The more you move the better it will be
