How pets can save lifes!

Anyone here like ferrets? I have 4 of them, and just wanted to see if there are any other ferret lovers out there.

I used to suffer from depression very badly.. I tried pills, I tried talking to someone, nothing had ever seemed to have worked. So I went to the pet store and bought a ferret. This ferret saved my life.. Before I even knew it I was not depressed anymore.. If your every depressed try just cuddling with a pet. . .

After I was no longer depressed I decided to rescue 2 more ferrets. And bought myself a big boy ferret. They mean everything to me... I have 2 ferrets that are Bob tails and 2 fully intact ferrets..

About 3 months ago I went to my local pet store to pick up my ferrets regular food, when the cashier then had mentioned she had ferrets and she fed them a certain type of cat food which is supposed to be very good for ferrets. So I brought it home to try it, no sooner did all my ferrets get extremely sick, loose all there weight, and had maggots in there poop. This was 3 months ago and 2 are my ferrets still aren't better...

So my advice... Just because someone works in a pet store doesn't mean they know what there talking about.. So angry.. :(

Just wanted to put some awareness out there... I might have to put down my one ferrets who is very dear to my heart..
