Primrose oil tablets?

So I'm 38 weeks and wondering how the heck do I take this? orally or put the tablet in my lady bits?

I have seen so many different ways but I heard not to exceed 4000mg. And someone else did 1-AM 1-PM ORALLY AND 1-PM vaginally. I slit a hole in the capsule before I insert it. Deffinately wear underware and panty liner as you will have discharge.  Hope this helps. Good Luck. 😉
