Right lower quadrant pain

Each month I have moderate right lower quadrant pain (I'm pretty sure it's my ovary). A couple of years ago I had a CT and it came back normal (they were thinking cysts). My OB doc said its most likely mittlescmertz (one sided pain with ovulation) but I'm currently on day 32 of my cycle and the pain just became more severe. Two negative pregnancy tests and no period. It doesn't feel like cramps. Does anyone else have this issue?
