Toning late thirties after back to back babies
Been working out for 4 wks toning in my legs but my 8 month post party's belly and rear seems like are not changing. I do body pump two to 3 days a week for an hour spin class twice a week or ballet twice a week is there no help after 38 . Do I have to eat like a rabbit an only have fish an baked chicken forever any suggestions am I the only one ? Help frustrated!
