A friend recommended a pregnancy belt to help with back pain! Anyone else tried one before ? Did it help?

Yes! I have one from Motherhood Maternity from 7 years ago that I still use. Helps greatly with lower back pain and pelvic pressure.

I JUST bought one. My doctor recommended it even tho my belly is still really small I didn't think that was the issue but it totally has been wonderful. 👍🏼
