Will they give me a pedicure message if I'm pregnant ?

I'm going to the spa in 2 hours and it just dawned on me that they might not touch me because I'm pregnant...I'm really hoping a message will help induce the labor so I'm not worried but will they still do it?

I had no problem getting one at 37 weeks, I had no idea it can put you into labor until a friend told me afterwards.

Yes they will! I got a pedi a few days ago at 38.3 weeks. But then again my family owns the salon. My nephew is the owner and he gave me the best pedi/foot massage ever. I'm still here waiting to give birth. I'd say go for it and enjoy it!

I got one the other day. I'm 39 weeks and everything was fine.

My sister in law dose nails. I've been getting mine done every 2 weeks since being pregnant you'll be fine. There is a spot on the back of your foot she said that gets rub that's supposed to stimulate labor. 
So if that's what your hoping for maybe joke about it with them or tell them your hoping this will send you into labor or they may no rub that spot.

Well even if your labour starts, I'd think it was unlikely you'd progress so quickly that it would be a problem. So I'd say go for it and if they seem concerned about how far along you are you could fib a little....I mean, it's not like baby is going to end up in the foot spa....

I had one at 37 and another at 41 weeks, used the massage chair also and it did not put me into labor.
