Military wives question

So my husband will be going back into the military and the next 6 months or so. While he is gone my work schedule won't accommodate my daughter's school schedule. But my husband says that my job legally have to accommodate my hours at work while my husband is away an active duty or training. Is this true? Has anyone had this experience?
