TMI: Terrible cramps but amount blood doesn't seem right?
I had terrible cramps on my first day today. The first hour or two there was little blood. I'd wipe and a good amount would be there but the amount of pain I went through, blood should of been pouring out of me it.
I'm passing blood clots, could that be why the pain is excruciating?
