After a miscarriage in June, my husband and I were so excited to be pregnant again! We went in today for our first ultrasound at 6 weeks 5 days, but they couldn't find the baby. 😔 Most likely an ectopic pregnancy. I took another home pregnancy test and it is no longer showing positive. I'm not sure what the next steps will be, if I will miscarry naturally, (as I did last time) or if I will need intervention. I had blood work done, and I will be having a follow up appointment next week. I am so heartbroken. If anyone has been in a similar situation, please feel free to share advice or experiences. I'm so sorry to everyone else who is experiencing loss!
