Started the Atkins diet and started spotting
I am currently in the induction phase , after 7 days of starting , I started experiencing spotting . My period has always been regular . I have never experienced spotting between periods. My last period was two weeks ago and it comes always at the same time every month because of my birth control. Has anyone experienced this before??
I am a bit worried!!
