I scheduled an appt for a cut and color at a new salon, because I couldn't reach my regular stylist. She wouldn't return my texts and when I tried to call her, she sent my call to voicemail. She finally reached out to me and set an appt for today. I decided to cancel the appt at the other salon, but couldn't reach anyone yesterday. I received a voicemail this morning that said they require a 24 hour notice. I looked online and it said 24 hour notices were required to avoid charges. They have no credit card on file for me and no address.  All they have is my name and phone number. Is it possible to still be charged?
