I love coffee! Is it safe to drink while pregnant? I haven't had coffee so far. But I miss it and really want it. ICED coffee to be exact. Plus the pumpkin spice iced coffee is back and I must have! 🎃

Yes you can, about 200 mg a day which is about 1 small cup. When I was really craving coffee I would get a tall in a grande cup with extra milk or add a lot of stemmed milk tommy coffee at home. Also, just FYI iced coffee has more caffeine then regular coffee and my dr also recommended not drinking decafe because of the chemicals used to decaffinate it.
