So I met this guys him and his wife were separated and he was going through hard times. We ended up having sex I got pregnant. Will him and his wife worked it out and they live on NC now I live in NY. Im just wondering how it will work if we go to court. He wasn't there when the baby was born or anything. He has 2 kids with his wife. So will I get a lot of money from him. Or no. Also if I want him to sign his rights of how's that work BC he doesn't want anything to do with me or the baby he says it was a terrible mistake he wishes he never made. Or can I have someone adopt my son?
