Clear stretchy cervical mucus 2 days after periods; POSSIBLE?

I usually have long cycles varying from 31-41 days. My AF this month was from 5-9sept; today is CD 7 and I just noticed clear and stretchy CM, low amounts though.. Does it indicate I am approaching ovulation soon? When should I take an OPK?
