Work related

Ok I need honest opinions please:  I've been off work for 2 weeks ( my ob put me off work bc of my bleeding while pregnant ) I have until the 23rd of this month to decide whether or not I want to go back my husband is giving me the option to stay at home but I feel guilty if I do stay home and not bring any money to our family.  Also,  I'm a nurse and I just don't want to give up my job like that.  Sucky part is since I've already used 2 weeks it counts towards my maternity leave so technically I have 6 weeks of maternity leave left and I know I'm having a csection.  I'm just a bit confused and stressed as to what decision to make! Thanks and sorry for the vent
