Does first response pregnancy test really work?

All my test been coming back negative I'm 10dpo. I'm almost sure I'm pregnant. I had implantation bleeding and I bd during my o. I used opk this month too.

I'm 10dpo too...I been using first response pre too...they all came back nagative...I got my period this morning but is kinda dark brown....just wait and see in couple more days good luck
