Green discharge?

When I wiped earlier there was a green snot mucous looking discharge on the toilet paper it was just on a few spots of the toilet paper. Almost like a booger tmi! I don't have an std or burning itching or pain. I called my OB and she said not to worry unless I had bleeding or an odor. She said to call back if it happens again. Has anyone else experienced this??

I believe it may just be mucous because it only happened once and still no pain or itching or burning. I'm going to get checked at the OB Monday good lord willing just to be sure.

Unless accompanied by odor, itch, or burning, it's mucus. It looks gross but is totally normal. I went to the emergency room in a panic during my first pregnancy for that and essentially was laughed out of the place.

It's likely part of your mucous plug which can shed and regrow. It's happened to me a few times. Nothing to worry about :)

I had this also. Told my ob and she tested for infection but there was none, and also no std or anything like that for me either so she wasn't too worried since no infection. You should ok unless you start to bleed like you already said
