I got a call from my ob office and they said that my pap showed I have bacterial vaginosis and they would send a prescription for antibiotics. I went to check my online portal to see if they had sent it yet and under problems it said

Bacteria vaginosis

Cervicovaginal cytology: low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion

Why wouldn't they tell me the second part? I just checked and bow the office is closed so I can't even call for it? Any one have this diagnosis?
