We have a heartbeat and a perfectly healthy embryo so far! Apparently the pain i was feeling was due to gas. The sono tech said Im somewhere in between 5 and 6 weeks along (implantation could have occurred later than it was estimated) and that the baby probably just started to have a visible heartbeat today or yesterday. I got to hear the little blips and it was wonderful. She even printed out pictures of my little Blobster so I could show my husband since he wasn't able to make this scan since it was on such short notice. I go back in two weeks for my first real OB visit and I can't wait!
