I had some sticky kind of while and clear discharge and was wondering if anyone knows what it could be from?

Also I was experiencing stomach tightness, and it doesn't nesicarilly hurt but is more of a discomfort, it was so uncomfortable it was affecting my dreams. It felt like a really full feeling but in an uncomfortable way. Im not sure how to describe it.

But if anyone knows anything about what could be causing that, that would be amazing.

Me and my boyfriend have been ttc for over 7months now and my last period wasn't as heavy as it usually is, I don't known if that means anything.
