Yesterday I had a stomach aid for 3 or 4 hours, it went away...is that a sign of pregnancy? & it happened in the morning when I didn't even eat breakfast, I woke up fine! & that's when I got the stomach aid out of nowhere? I had to be in bed to ignore the pain...& well after it went away..
