We have one car & by the time I would've had time to go get something, he'd be headed to work in our only car. Also, had I had the chance to buy something, he would know because he checks our bank account every single day. I guess I'm lucky to know he most likely won't even care because he's not big on receiving gifts for himself but it matters to me that I didn't get him anything or do anything special for him. Makes me feel like a bad wife.
