Very recently I've had upper uterine pain on my sides. I felt my lymph nodes there and they are definitely noticeable, but not necessarily swollen. I don't usually feel my lymph nodes down there (big surprise, I know!)... So, are they usually easy to find/noticeable? Is this a sign I'm fighting off an infection? 4 weeks pregnant...
