Been on a weight loss journey. Lost 90lbs wow right but since im tired all the time an cold had my tonsils taken out then got sick found multiple lumps in my thyroid im woundering if this is the reason im not pregnant yet . We want other children hes been tested an ive been off bc for about two years an nothing ... what do you think
