Doggy funny I never believed in postion but after ttc for 4 years and the one month I got preg it was doggy style all month and I found out I have a tilted uterus and cervix 
So maybe it helped pool the Lil guys the right way up for me lol

I know for a fact I was on top. We had sex twice that month and I was on top for both. Lol
