Morning sickness remedies??
What do you use to HELP with your morning sickness? I'm in my 7th week now, and my nausea and heightened sensitivity to smell had just begun (little to no vomiting) but occasional sickness the thought the day.
I drink peppermint tea, fresh ginger tea, ginger ale and water. I also started eating Saltine crackers. What else can I do?
PS. I'm trying to avoid taking medication for it, so natural remedies would be best. Thanks in advance 😊
