Constipated during ovulation!!??

Anyone else ever been constipated around mid ovulation ??

Ugh I am right now and it’s horrible. I’ve been having issues for a few months but I got better recently. Then ovulation week hit and I’m miserable. Been taking colace and drinking a shit ton of water to try and help but it doesn’t really. Might try magnesium and fiber supplements soon.
