We get 1yr mat leave in my country.

Im going to stay home, other than babysitting Mondays where little one will be brought because i babysit for my sis in law.

Hubby will take parental leave for a couple months, until he can start again. He works construction, and his boss actually suggested it, because he knew they wouldn't be doing anything in January to April ish. Where he will probably help his parents renovate their basement.

I said home with all my kids until they were 3 I have 4 my youngest will be three in December in January I'll start looking

I ticked 11 or more. I'm booked off 52 weeks but I'm hoping not to go back at all

Hopefully I can get 6-10 weeks off, I live in CA so I can have state disability pay me 55% of my normal income (it's something I already pay into with my checks every two weeks) and we are going to have a big chunk of savings saved up, but we will see. I work for my in-laws, so it's not that I won't have a job if I don't go back, it's all about unpaid leave. America is disgusting and disappointing when it comes to paid leave for mothers and fathers. I do wonder how long my husband will take off (a week? Maybe less)
